ESSENTIAL GROUND - a Masterclass

There has been few episodes in our modern times that have provided such a ripe opportunity to explore the nature of our innermost essential nature, in light of the kaleidoscopic parade of the outer landscape. To listen to what our body/mind truth wants and needs is something that our movement is capable of bringing us to.  In this masterclass we will move to make space for listening to our essential ground, alchemize that which wants to transmute in order to nourish and attend to the Self.

In this 2.5 hour masterclass we will use meditation, movement, and journaling  and the extra time to allow ourself to melt into our group and ourselves
