A 200h Yoga & Somatics Training is an immersive entry point into the landscape of yoga, and for those who endeavor to facilitate yoga, it is a necessary threshold to enter the seat of the teacher.
Not all trainings are equal, just as not all schools are the same. Embodied Flow™ was created as an innovative response to traditional hatha yoga. Embodied Flow was the first school to bring the Somatic landscape of Body-Mind Centering ®, the non-dual technology and wisdom of Tantra, and the discovery of free movement into the container of yoga. Since then the system has blossomed as a movement that has inspired change in the methodology of yoga in over 40 countries. Using yoga as a springboard, Embodied Flow practice incorporates more interoception, curiosity, and self-autonomy in order to facilitate more safety, creativity, freedom, and fluidity in practitioners.
Whether you wish to teach yoga, develop your skills as a facilitator of others, or simply deepen your own personal practice, this path offers a reset, designed to reconnect into the felt sense of our numinous human existence. You will hone your intuition, power, attunement, and creativity as you develop skill and comfort in your role as either a teacher or facilitator - for others and yourself.
Wherever you go from here, you will follow a compass with a true north that is authentically You.

we will immerse together into the landscape of yoga, physically, philosophically, and energetically. You will dive into the systems of the body: bones, muscles, fluids, organs, endocrine, and fascia You will play with the range of movement and movement possibilities from traditional asana to the intuitive flow of free movement and experiment with expanding your own range. We will work with finding and getting to know your boundaries. We will unlock your embodied voice. Together we will cultivate the skills of teaching and facilitating others, and learn to communicate and transmit the depth of information and experience acquired in a contained and safe space. You will hone your intuition, power, attunement, and creativity as you develop skill and comfort in your role as a teacher or facilitator - for others and yourself.
Even if you do not plan to teach yoga, mastering the practice of communicating the material offers the opportunity to expand your own knowledge, enhancing the use of your presence and language. And, in order to teach yoga of any kind, one must have studied themselves and developed a deeply attuned understanding of their own embodied experience. The central goal of this training is to anchor you in the vastness of potentialities housed in the gift of your human experience.
Be forewarned: things in your life will change.
