Embodied Flow Live Online Class with Tara Judelle

This hour-long class will include somatization (feeling into the body) woven through asana and free movement.  The intention is to breathe, meet, ground, play, laugh, and expand our movement vocabulary as we mobilize together in this time of great internal and external shifts. 

Make room where you can, have a journal and pen optional, a mat or floor… and an hour to tune in.
