HOLIDAY COMPANION - a virtual retreat

The “holidays” can be one of the most joyous and challenging, and sometimes disorienting times due to traditions, travel, and finances. This year in particular as we encounter wave after wave of change, obstacle, and reconfiguration. It is perhaps a clearer than ever message, that asks for us to resource, renew and reimagine.   

 For the past 10 years or more, I have been inside the containers of yoga teacher trainings over the holidays. This served as a new type of holiday container, one of mutual commitment to clear seeing, invoking devotion, and supporting one another on a path of liberation and self-discovery. This is how I choose to spend my time around the holidays. During this time, many of us may not be able to visit our families during the holiday period or gather with friends.  

This retreat is designed to serve as a companion for us during this transition from 2020 to 2021. We will move, align, transmute, let go, and refill together, as we head courageously into the next Gregorian calendar year. Let’s create a family/ community to lean into.  Either as a supplement to our families of origin as an outreach to a bigger family of so many others.

Each day we will begin our mornings with meditation, journaling, and movement.  Over the course of the 5 days, we will ritualize what wants to be released. Unpack and articulate what is called in, and allow space for the listening of new information that wants to be realized through the instrument of us, as we move courageously towards 2021.

To connect deeper throughout this journey we will have a Facebook group as a safe space for sharing and journal prompts.

Classes will be recorded and available for 7 days and spots are limited
